Building a Flexible, Inclusive, and Future-Proof Digital Platform for SafeHaven
We partnered with The Local Collective to rebuild SafeHaven’s website in Framer with a focus on long-term performance and scalability. We created a responsive component system, introduced thoughtful interaction patterns, and set up the foundation for SafeHaven to easily launch future content and campaigns without added development overhead.

Challenge
(01)
To better serve their community, SafeHaven required a digital experience that accelerated the path to support.
Their previous site presented opportunities for optimization, particularly in removing friction for donors, streamlining the search for vital family resources, and reducing the manual effort required to manage their infrastructure.

Solution
(02)
Designing an intuitive, secure donation journey for site visitors
That clarity helped define the true boundaries of the build. We treated the About page as a pilot — establishing definitive rules for typography, spacing, and colour, then translating those into a flexible, responsive component system.
The full site was then assembled from 40+ reusable modules. Every page was built from the same toolkit — ensuring brand consistency and familiarity for users, enabling us to launch the entire experience within one month.

Conclusion
(03)
A foundation for growth
By transitioning SafeHaven to a high-performance, modular ecosystem, we did more than just refresh their digital presence; we gave them the tools to scale.
With a secure, accessible, and easily maintainable site now in place, the SafeHaven team is empowered to launch new campaigns and support their community with total autonomy and zero development overhead.
