TLC.

A Complete Rebrand, Live in Three Months, Run Entirely by Their Team.

The Local Collective came to us with a design and a deadline. After partnering on SafeHaven, they knew our process: fast, collaborative, and zero friction. In three months, we translated their vision into a high-performance Framer site. We built a custom CMS centered on their portfolio, giving them full control to manage their work and grow the site on their own.

Proof of Concept

(01)

We proved the hardest parts before we built anything.

TLC had been refining their rebrand and were ready to move from Wix to Framer. Their new design featured an asymmetric portfolio and decorative connector lines—elements that aren't standard patterns in the platform.

Before starting the development, we mocked up the most complex components as a proof of concept. By testing the technical limits early, we confirmed the design would hold and ensured there were no surprises mid-project.

Development and Creative Direction

(02)

Portfolio first. Then interactions that elevated everything.

The portfolio is the engine for TLC’s business, so the CMS and work galleries took priority. Once the structure was solid, the static connector lines were transformed into an animated code module that responds to scroll. This interaction language was then extended to the menu, CTAs, and footer to ensure every detail felt intentional.

When a conference deadline moved up, the workflow adapted. A custom Rive animation and a teaser site were launched in parallel, ensuring TLC had a live, high-impact presence to represent their new brand identity.

Delivery and Independence

(03)

The scope grew. The site handled it. TLC runs all of it.

After launching the initial landing page, the scope expanded to include deeper project support, a custom video player, and CMS modules that adapt dynamically to content.

Consistent meetings ensured progress was made within technical the constraints of using a low-code website development tool.

The final system is built for total flexibility. Every page responds to copy changes, additions, or removals. Case studies, carousels, and brand positioning are now managed entirely through the CMS, giving TLC complete control over their digital presence.
